Today I started with the front clip.
First, I removed the battery tray – because the battery will move to the trunk.
Less weight in front is always good, due to the fact that the Mustang is very front heavy.
I need to prettify the welding – but it is funktional at the moment …
Next was the Radiator support.
That was easy and was going fast.
The preparation for this step was:
- Drilling holes
- Sand the metal bare
- Put welding primer on the blank metal
- And adjust some parts with heat and a hammer 😉
After the welding I sealed the metal with primer and Owatrol Oil.
