That one who engineered this fu***** lower quarter panel to rocker panel area !
This is insanely stupid ! Between the (inner) rocker panel and the lower quarter panel is gap (a couple millimeters) and of course both sheet metals are not primed or sealed …
So everything kann fall into this gap (also water) and it rusts – so, I removed the lower quarter panel section and found a lot of filth and also rust ;-( …
So I romoved the rust from the surface and sealed it with Fertan … the lower quarter panel section need to be patched and welded again to the body … I will show this in the next couple of weeks !
