{"id":940,"date":"2013-03-02T14:28:55","date_gmt":"2013-03-02T13:28:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fastbacks.de\/?p=940"},"modified":"2013-03-02T14:28:55","modified_gmt":"2013-03-02T13:28:55","slug":"ready-for-the-engine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gerber.ag\/?p=940","title":{"rendered":"Ready for the engine &#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8230; isn&#8217;t Eleanor, but she already have again an engine bay \ud83d\ude00 !<\/p>\n<p>Today I started with the front clip.<br \/>\nFirst, I removed the battery tray &#8211; because the battery will move to the trunk.<br \/>\nLess weight in front is always good, due to the fact that the Mustang is very front heavy.<br \/>\nI need to prettify the welding &#8211; but it is funktional at the moment &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Next was the Radiator support.<br \/>\nThat was easy and was going fast.<\/p>\n<p>The preparation for this step was:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drilling holes<\/li>\n<li>Sand the metal bare<\/li>\n<li>Put welding primer on the blank metal<\/li>\n<li>And adjust some parts with heat and a hammer \ud83d\ude09<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After the welding I sealed the metal with primer and Owatrol Oil.<\/p>\n<p>Todays work:<br \/>\n<strong>ngg_shortcode_0_placeholder<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8230; isn&#8217;t Eleanor, but she already have again an engine bay \ud83d\ude00 !
